However, exercise is also a problem that is a cause of excessive sweating. Exercise is an extremely crucial activity in our life—the benefits of exercise are scientifically proven to prevent severe medical issues from occurring, and some exercises can even prevent underarm sweat. Long periods of inactivity causing the body to become susceptible to certain diseases and illnesses quicker than someone who works out often—the cardiovascular system is one the primary areas in the body that is directly impacted through exercise, such as sweating constantly.
