If you are crunched for time and still want to be active, simple activities like blocking out three 10-minute walks throughout the day are a great start to getting the body you want.

Another common excuse for not having a great beach body is finding personal fitness coaching. Many people are not willing to spend the money on getting help from an expert on fitness. Depending on your budget, this is understandable. This is where the wonderful world of the world wide web come into play. The internet can be used to find anything from online fitness coaches to actual beach body programs at little to sometimes no cost at all.

Dieting

Lastly, many people use the excuse of not being able to stick to diets as a reason for not having the beach body they want. Either it costs too much to eat healthy or the constant feeling of hunger during the day are the most popular excuses to not eat healthy. Many also say that they simply do not have time to prepare a healthy meal when fast food is all around. Just as easy as it is to drive up to your nearest fast food joint, you can whip up a shake or make a meal much healthier and beneficial than the processed, sodium-filled meals from your local drive-thru.
